HAVAS IMPACT+​

Havas India’s sustainable development strategy that brings together our objectives and actions. It is based on three pillars: People, Environment and Responsible Communication. The key focus of this committee is to drive initiatives across gender equality, differently-abled groups and sustainability under the People & Environment pillars, respectively.​

HAVAS CARES​

Our Mental wellbeing program that provides onsite counsellors across all Havas India Villages to ensure that employees have access to the resources required to support them in their wellness journey.​

SUSTAINABILITY​

Havas India is strongly committed to its responsibilities towards the environment and is aimed towards reducing our carbon footprint. Through effective waste management programs, and optimization of water conservation and energy consumption, we seek holistic solutions to create positive impact.​

As the founding members of Unstereotype Alliance, India Chapter convened by UN Women, Havas India is committed to the removal of harmful stereotyping from all marketing materials. Our efforts to imbibe a culture of Diversity & Inclusion extends into the meaningful work we strive to create for our clients by ensuring progressive portrayals across all advertising narratives.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT PRINCIPLES

Our commitment to advancing women careers and growth remains at a forefront as Havas India was among the first few companies in India to become a signatory of Women's Empowerment Principles (WEP) in September 2021. Established by UN Global Compact and UN Women, The Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) are a set of Principles offering guidance to business on how to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community.

HER ENTREPRENEURIAL NETWORK

In a world where diversity and inclusion are increasingly recognized as cornerstones of success, Havas India proudly introduces EmpowHers, an industry-first 6 months mentorship program in partnership with Her Entrepreneurial Network. This program is led by members of our senior leadership team across the network who lend their years of experience and expertise to support women entrepreneurs with unique challenges and help them scale their businesses.

Developing Talent

HAVAS TALKS

At Havas India we’re committed to investing in development programs that not only upskill our employees but also provide them the necessary industry exposure and interaction required to stay relevant. Through Havas Talks, they get a chance to learn from and engage with the best in the industry on diverse topics.

HAVAS SPARK

Havas SPARK is Havas India’s internship program intended to provide freshers educational and career development opportunities through practical experience in a professional work environment, leading to exciting career prospects in the future. The program allows Havas to tap into young and talented individuals with new-age skills who bring in fresh perspectives on business issues, and even discover future business leaders.

HAVAS BOLT

Havas BOLT, Havas India’s Hi-Po Talent Development program identifies, nurtures, and grooms high potential talent across our group companies for future leadership roles. A select-few employees are put through a development journey which includes assessments and cohort-based facilitator-led learning interventions. This program is designed to drive individual professional and personal growth through structured learning modules that will enable accelerated career progression for the high potential talent.
Employee Voice

Employee Voice

HAVASay is our annual global Engagement Survey that gives our employees the opportunity to candidly share their thoughts on what it’s like to work in Havas, which in turn helps us understand what’s working well and where we can improve.

Havas Voice is Havas India’s confidential email support. We want our employees to feel confident to speak up and raise concerns when they experience or hear about behaviour that might be in conflict with the philosophy stated in our codes. We have a zero-tolerance approach towards behaviour that are at odds with our culture and codes of conduct. We are committed to providing our employees a safe and confidential way to raise genuine concerns, and to do so without the fear of reprisals.
