HAVASay is our annual global employee engagement survey that enables employees to openly and honestly share their experiences of working at Havas. The insights gathered help us understand what’s working well, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously strengthen our employee experience across markets.

Havas Voice – Speak-Up Channel

Havas Voice is Havas India’s confidential email support channel that enables employees to speak up if they experience or become aware of behaviour that may be inconsistent with our values, culture, or codes of conduct. We are committed to providing a safe and confidential way for employees to raise genuine concerns, without fear of retaliation. Havas SPARK is Havas India’s internship program designed to offer freshers hands-on professional experience while building strong foundations for future careers.

Evolving each year, SPARK focuses on identifying diverse early-career talent with new-age skills and fresh perspectives nurturing tomorrow’s business leaders through inclusive learning, exposure, and mentorship.

Havas Bolt

Havas BOLT is our high-potential talent program focused on identifying and developing future leaders across the organisation. Through assessments and cohort-based learning experiences, participants build the capabilities and confidence required for accelerated career growth.

Our mental wellbeing program provides onsite counsellors across all Havas India Villages to ensure that employees have access to the resources required to support them in their wellness journey.

The Havas Wellness Calendar is a year-round wellbeing initiative designed to support employees’ physical, mental, and emotional health. Through monthly themes, expert-led sessions, screenings, and wellness activities, the programme encourages consistent focus on wellbeing across all Havas India Offices.

Havas India provides a comprehensive health insurance programme that supports the wellbeing of employees and their families. As a founding member of the Unstereotype Alliance - India Chapter, convened by UN Women, Havas India is committed to challenging harmful stereotypes in marketing and media. Women’s Empowerment Principles

Advancing women’s growth and leadership remains a key priority at Havas India. In September 2021, we became one of the early organisations in India to sign the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) a UN Global Compact and UN Women initiative guiding businesses to promote gender equality across the workplace, marketplace, and community.

IFFCI
