Healthshots is a platform for Indian millennial women to connect with experts and get information on mental health, parental care and bust various stereotypes that exist concerning wellness for women. Think Design reimagined the platform, keeping the millennial mindset in mind. Being more user-focused than brand-focused, we conducted user research to understand different perspectives of millennial women. Think Design broke stereotypes in terms of colour palettes used, fonts and visual elements incorporated, resulting in a fluid and contemporary UI in the context of the intended audience.

Bharti Airtel Foundation's Teacher App faced critical adoption challenges despite mandatory deployment across India's government school networks serving 250 million students. The platform had strong content but suffered from complex interfaces that didn't align with teacher workflows. Think Design conducted comprehensive field studies across rural and urban schools to identify real barriers to engagement. Our redesign introduced familiar interaction patterns, created a collaborative digital "Staffroom," implemented micro-learning modules, and added gamification with rewards systems. The transformed platform achieved 100,000+ active registrations, impacted 3 million students, and received official endorsement from India's Union Minister of Education.
